As a diehard Edgar Wright fan, the extensive use of licensed songs was sadly missed, but him teaming up with Michael Cera after 15 years and Glenn Powell channeling Lucas Lee certainly makes up for it. Running Man is kinda perfect for the times, it’s nice to see Wright work with a bit of a budget.

Bugonia is definitely a movie to check out if you're any bit as interested in Yorgos Lanthimos as a filmmaker.
I don't think I think I'll see a movie for the rest of the year that will have as wild of a third act as this movie did!
Plus, not everyday you go to a screening with Bees there.

Always a delight to see your favorite voice actors perform on stage and showcasing even more talent than you already thought.

As someone who has been following his career for awhile, I’m happy to report that Chris Stuckmann’s debut film, Shelby Oaks, is totally worth checking out!
Not the most in depth recent horror but a creepy and affective horror nonetheless. Props to Stuckmann for getting a killer cinematographer too!

Have to admit, I wasn’t quite as in love as others are with One Battle After Another when seeing it early a week ago. However, not only is it still a worthwhile movie, but I really appreciate Paul Thomas Anderson getting some strong notoriety with this as a director.
Hope a lot of people see it.

Really love the work done here and I’m excited for the future of my channel between this and other plans later on!

What are four films, you don’t just dislike, you despise?

I tend to always appreciate Dreamworks when they give out a great sequel to a movie that already was a lot of fun. The Bad Guys 2 can be added to that list.
A good reminder why Animation will always be better than AI.

I’m a little late on this, but if you haven’t seen the Award winning Documentary, No Other Land, I highly recommend it. Very eye opening and told excellently by a bunch of Brave filmmakers.

Just for fun, name two completely unrelated movies that share the same director.

I’ll have more to say about this in a future ranking video I have coming out soon. But as expected, you did good James Gunn.

My genuine hope is that every parent who took their kids to see the Lilo and Stitch remake ends up seeing Elio. These kids need to see what a REAL movie about dealing with those who are different and being there for family, actually looks like.
