My energy levels are amazing, been working outside all week doing shopping and deliveries for some extra xmas cash as well as my IT work, so 12-18 hour long days. So after traveling last week I noticed some inflammation. Perhaps seasoning on the Walmart chicken. Monday morning I had a steak and then went on a water fast to reset.
