Biyaya thrives in being given a task because she feels useful that way. However she is also prone to burning herself out. Which happened and she drove herself nearly to madness 😔 Because the responsibility turned from finding Solas to killing gods lol. She'll do it scared anyway.

Immy did not want to be Herald. She almost ran away, but she knew the only way to get the mark off was to stay. It all ballooned into her becoming the Inquisitor. Oops. She hated it, but thought that it was better her as the leader vs a noble. She couldn't wait to disband everything.

Sinag is the Eldest Daughter TM. She knew it was HER ROLE to take on as family leader when Malcolm died. She took in on headfirst. Same with everything going on in Kirkwall. To her it was just Her Job. She ended up resenting so much of it, and just became angry about it all.

Amihan only took the lead to spite Alistair. A lot of her actions are motivated by spite (lol watch out lucanis). But she hated being a Warden. In my canon she eventually leaves the Wardens after Awakening
