Also, they have a really nice music list, and I'm gonna find it one day, hopefully 😅

Also, I was and (am still) trying to speak in Italian when I have been there. I think they got used to my Italian, but this is how you can learn a new culture and language, I guess 😅

@imagoartcafe is the first place where I felt like this. I saw myself saying that "I can grab a coffee after work and read something." It may seem so simple, but it was a huge thing for me!

BUT after a while, things have changed. I tried to survive and get used to and engage with a language that I have had no experience before (even my colleagues speak English). I knew that I needed to find my rhythm again. I needed those places where I could run to sit and find my balance.

I had some places to go that my body had already known instinctively. When I moved here, it was surreal because of nature and everything. It is a well-known fairy tale when you move.

When you move to a new country, one of the very hardest things is to find your own rhythm. For me, it was all about coffee shops. When I was living in my hometown, I was always going out to read, write, work, or sometimes just to think.

By the way, I had a goal about a reading challenge. I was gonna read a book and watch a movie from every country on earth. So, maybe this might be a good start with Japanese literature (and cinema). Who knows?

Happy New Year to all! 😍🌈🌿🌸💜

The cover, the feeling while I'm holding the book, and the beauty of how Morisaki Bookshop was described made me remember my days working in that lovely bookshop. Im pretty sure I'm gonna find myself more and more while reading it.

Today, I was trying to pick which book to read. Suddenly, I found myself picking up this book by @satoshi.yagisawa to start my 2025.
