So, generally speaking, this game does a lot to improve the original and demonstrates why people should advocate more for remaking mid/bad games. However, this game makes some changes that I don’t necessarily agree with, largely regarding pacing and progression.

Slime Rancher 2 (PC)
Long awaited after having to wait for it to leave early access. Liked it just as much as the first game, new slimes were great, environments were fun to explore, and I liked all the gadgets. I do agree that the grinding for materials is very painful, though, especially later on.

Same thoughts as before. I thought the alter ego gimmick was cool but I wish it reflected in their gameplay portrait and maybe even mechanics. Also, there’s a bonus PvZ level which is based.
