For my digital sanity I'll be only following one person at a time for now.
Ah I see. Are those routes/roads also more accommodating to cyclists? Sounds like a great experience to have had in life.

For motivation during the process, a blog can be really helpful. Are you thinking of collaborating/allowing for comments?

That's no shortcut! Impressive. Admittedly, I had to look most of that up. How did that route come about?

Thanks. Yes I'm from the Netherlands. Yeah, biking is common here and facilitated very well. But then you did well too, I gather 😲. That must've an epic trip!! Which route did you take?

Nice work! I like the look and feel :). For me it's mostly custom made themes following designs. Among them studiovantwout.nl was very positively received this year. Also monthly contracts but focusing more on security.

Nice to see others chime in here. @stpaultim.bsky.social, can I ask why you have a preference for #BackdropCMS?
November 19, 2024 at 12:22 PM
Sounds like a plan. No, we can't be alone here I'm sure. There's www.classicpress.net as a pre-Gutenberg fork.

Yes, there's #joomla too. Aside from my preferences, I think of my clients here too; #WordPress is something they're used to. Also figuring out how I would explain a switch without mentioning #wpdrama, which might just highlight a potential drawback of open-source CMSs overall.

Been on the lookout too. Depends on what we define as viable. Have seen mentions of #CraftCMS and #Webflow, but approach, ownership and pricing might be issues. What is important for you?

No sorry, I don't know

If I understand correctly display:none on .filter:not(.active) .filter__sections removes the children from the render tree, removing the reference for the pseudo-elements to attach to.
If you are looking for the styles in web-dev tools while deactivated, Firefox webdev tools can do that.

@davidwalsh.name did a short (and by now sweet) write-up about Cufón in 2009 (to render the Sin City font for headers). Cufón back then arguably superseded sIFR which offered font replacement through Flash 😱
Font Replacement Using Cufón
We all know about the big font replacement methods. sIFR's big. Image font replacement has gained some steam. Not too many people know about a great project named Cufon though. Cufon uses a unique ble...

thanks for your reply. 👍 Yeah, agreed. Was wondering what if at some point it's going to be 50% security plugins 🙃

Interesting idea, rather solution for a problem I was not aware of. Nice work. I gather this is still in beta, what are your thoughts on a production ready version? Also, would you consider offering this as in a way that can be integrated in themes?
Keep up the good work 👍
