The OP was posting about the 9800X3D being bad for productivity.
The 9700X still clocks higher than 9800X3D, both 8-core Zen 5. Same on yours between core complexes. Difference is just less now the cache is on the bottom.

Doesn’t clock as high as the cache is temp sensitive
