UA media reporting ATACMS. Just in time for the end of counter offensive. Shame. Destroying those helicopters months ago would hav save countless UA lives. This variant seems to be manufactured in 96’. Due to being phased out there, inventory is prolly not light. However, we prolly only 36. So lame.

Israel signed the Chemical Weapons Convention in 1993 but never ratified it. Israel has not signed Protocol III.
Therefore it is pointless and a waste of time trying to claim Israel is engaging in banned behaviour because Protocol III only applies to the 116 countries who are parties to it.
