Oh and also in RtMi he can give false names to Iron Rose in front of the ship when trying to get hired as swabbie (without disguise). "Smith. John Smith", "Andrew LeChuck. Nephew" or "Andrew LeChuck. No relation"

In RtMI in the scene with the customs ship he can give "Mr. Elaine Marley" as his name. Closer to the truth than the other alternative names at least :D

In MI 2 when he gets arrested on Phat island by the guard he can identify himself as "No, my name is Smith. [...]." Doesn't start with "I'm" though
