I teach #Pilates in my home studio and also via zoom for privates and also classes through a local community college. Today I had a guest teacher. Cleo is pretty strict on form.

That canceled tv show you’ll never stop thinking about (I mean, we all know about Firefly and That So-Called Life, but what are some others?)

In dark times, I have trouble focusing so I read in short bursts. Sometimes I read magazines, romance and cozy mysteries to get back in the groove. Then, I can get into historical fiction and darker mysteries. It’s a process. Also helps if my cat, Cleo is sitting next to me or on me.

I live in a farm in the PNW and grow veggies/dahlias. I have a cute rescue cat named Cleo. I’m a cancer survivor - colon cancer and multiple skin cancers. I teach Pilates, love books, bookstores & libraries. And, I’m a lifelong Dodger fan.
