probably my favorite show these past few months! all the characters were their own brand of silly. i loved the illustrations of the manga, and the show captured its simple but endearing style. the story is unserious but in a very good way. i really really need more of them

hataraku maou but cyberpunk and the demon lord is a streamer/influencer. didn’t expect to actually watch this to completion, but the characters were all very fun and although it felt like a mishmash of different genres tropes, it all somehow worked pretty well!

it took itself not as seriously, which made it more enjoyable for me than my hero. i enjoyed how nonchalant mash is. the rest of the main cast is fine overall, i wish finn and lemon got their own fights/moments too. looking forward to s2 and its banger OP
