Yes, you can opt-out of this restriction but:
1) You must do it within 30 days of agreeing to the terms of service;
2) You must send your full legal name, mailing address, and phone number, which is a lot of private information;

In Hytale's Terms of Sevice there is a clause that imposes arbitration and revokes your right to class action suits.
There is no good faith reason to impose this restriction on the ways you can have legal recourse against Hypixel Studios Canada.

The image shows the mechanics for the Bokkeepper Doctrine subclass for the Cleric: While most think of a Cleric as a powerful spellcaster channeling their deity’s font, smiting their faith’s enemies, it neglects the reality that many Clerics spend their days not on the battlefield but in their temples sorting through their church’s paperwork, verifying the accomplishments of fellow believers or others (no one wants to declare a miracle only for it turn out that everyone simply dreamt it because they drank too much) and generally running the faith’s mundane affairs. You are one of these clerics, focusing on applying yourself on more mundane skills. First Doctrine (1st): You’re trained in Society. When dealing with matters related to your religion or in a town or city with a church dedicated to your deity, you can use your Religion modifier to Sense Motive instead of Perception, and your Religion DC instead of their Perception DC against attempts to Lie to you. Second Doctrine (3rd): Your proficiency ranks in Religion and Society increase to Expert. You can use your Religion modifier to Gather Information as long as you are in a town or city with a church dedicated to your deity or are dealing with matters related to your faith. Third Doctrine (7th): Your proficiency ranks in Religion and Society increase to Master. Fourth Doctrine (11th): Your proficiency ranks for the spell attack modifier and spell DC statistics increase to expert. Fifth Doctrine (15th): Your proficiency ranks in Religion and Society increase to Legendary. Final Doctrine (19th): Your proficiency ranks for the spell attack modifier and spell DC statistics increase to master.

You may have sought this machinery yourself, perhaps it was implanted by another in a desperate attempt to save your life or more simply you yourself are built from that same technology that allows you to accomplish incredible feats of power. Instinct Ability - Overclocked Increase the additional damage from Rage to 4. In addition, you don’t take the usual -2 circumstance penalty when making a non-lethal attack with a weapon you’re proficient in. Specialization Ability (7th) - Tuned Mechanisms You have tuned the mechanisms in you to get even more out of your body. Increase the additional damage from Rage to 6, or to 11 if you have greater weapon specialization. In addition, on your first Strike of your turn, if you roll lower than 5 and you are Raging, you can treat the attack roll as a 5. This is a fortune effect. While your magic may work differently, following their methods has allowed Here follow the mechanics of the Practice: Invocation of Dispersed Healing (1st) When in dire situations, you can surge the power of your bond to an apparition to heal yourself, disrupting the connection in the process. You gain the Spirit Surge feat. Spirit Surge - One Action (Feat 1) - [Animist] [Apparition] [Concentrate] [Healing] You cause power to surge through the bond with one of your apparitions, healing yourself but severing the connection to that apparition. Choose an apparition, you restore an amount of Hit Points equal to twice your level, and then that apparition is dispersed. Dispersed Invocation (9th) When you cast a non-cantrip spell you can choose to disperse your primary apparition at the end of the casting, gaining the benefits of a feat or ability that disperses an apparition with an action cost equal or less than that of the spell. Invocation of Concentration (17th) When you would disperse an apparition, you can spend 3 focus points to remain attuned to that apparition without altering any effect related to the dispersal.

and the creator of the AU was not aware of the honestly tasteless flair. In general claiming that the panel is "fetish contect" is a stretch. Especially since the tentacles (which belong to an antagonist) never touch him directly, but instead tickle him with a feather.
