idk if it's the +old debuff or what but i've been accidentally falling asleep earlier than i want to recently just by lying in bed. by that i'll mean i'll have a book out or something with the intention of reading and then pass out only to wake up at 2am with my lamp still on

Does your WOL/OC have some joint pain from adventuring? With how much they fight, jump from high places, do various strenuous emotes or things of that nature?
Not necessarily crippling stuff, just the occasional groan when they stand up and stuff like this.
