Doctor says im not allowed gym for a whole week. Really messed my knee up bad. Doctor says it isnt an injury, but my brain making my knee hurt so I dont use it and it can rest. Any advice to fix it faster? Im so sad over this loss of the gym

I have dropped to only doing 2 leg days a week. I feel I have hit a plateau due to overtraining.
