Thief last: There's no actual tank (blink tank in his case). And the Cleric will be inconsistent (on purpose) since the whole group isn't together.

Cleric last: Team has horrible survivability and consistently relies on burst damage since their (substandard) healing can't keep up in long fights.

Cleric will be on-and-off useless (or even ignore you outright) just for kicks because the whole group isn't together.

No dedicated tank.
Warrior can take a few (physical) hits, but the opposition has to die fast before the team's overwhelmed because the Cleric's not going to listen to you all the time.

All you mainly have is dps with next to no range.
Mages and archers will eat your team up.

A bit too much effort.

I could see folks capitalizing on that.
