You know what might be cool to regulate sooner rather than later? Headphone/earphone/earbud companies also selling hearing aides. Let's make sure the former isn't incentivized to feed the latter, like we saw with Apple's removal of the earphone jack and subsequent blockbuster success of the Airbuds.

I hate to say it, but Ender's Game. Fundamentally, it is the "they bully you because they're jealous" fable for precocious kids. Despite all of OSC's real-life shittiness, he made it critical that Ender succeeded not only due to talent, but also superpower-empathy, and resisting abuse and authority.

I hate to say it, but Ender's Game. Fundamentally, it is the "they bully you because they're jealous" fable for precocious kids. Despite all of OSC's real-life shittiness, he made it critical that Ender succeeded not only due to talent, but also superpower-empathy, and resisting abuse and authority.
I think a lot of people on here don't realize there was endless money and federal power behind the "it's the Democrats' fault" and "it's both sides' fault" messaging, that could've lasted until it became accepted truth.
