I've been doing this for years. Social media is fine so long as you take mental health breaks and tone down the personal stuff. If you need to talk to someone, call/text or hang out. It works wonders

We have gifs for tiny violin, slow clap, and the jerk off motion but it's just not the same as doing it in real life, off the cuff.
I like Gen Z but when it comes to telling someone off, they freeze up. They can do it online, but not to your face. We need to teach them the joys of a snappy comeback
