We generate timelapses for streams automatically if enabled, and often the files are small enough to fit in the gallery. Timelapses are not otherwise normally visible to viewers, unlike recordings which can be exposed publicly

Everything should work natively in your browser - at this time an app is unlikely due to the extra workload and app store restrictions/content moderation
