Today I’m thankful for the birthday girl, Bertie. It was complete luck that she came into my life and has brought nothing but joy since she arrived. Don’t let the other dogs know she’s my favorite. (She’s not. I can’t pick one. But she’s caused the least amount of destruction)

Sweet Gary could use your positive thoughts and/or prayers. He’s currently at the emergency vet getting antibiotics and being monitored. Brought him in for lethargy, weakness, and swelling on his jaw. He will be there overnight and tomorrow we will figure out the next steps.

I have a couch that’s pretty much that. It’s an L-shaped couch that has a section you can pull out to make ita full square. It was a cheap one, so the cushions wore down quickly and I had to cover it with some foam. I have slept more on the couch than my actual bed recently
