Happily married, I play standup bass and guitar, love bluegrass jamming. Hobbies are art, needle felting, wood carving, making vintage looking critters. I'm a terrible gardener. We are pro Santa and Mrs, which is very fun, the kids are the best!
It's always been this way....when you're new to a unit it's quite possible that you can't get housing right away, and that's in town! How soon before you get quarters (on post/base housing) depends how many people are ahead of you on the wait list.
