This also applies to MAGA. I was told, definitively that “Rome wasn’t built in a day,”& when I replied, “we’re 11 months into & affordability is worse,” the response was “Biden did it.”

They can’t be saved.

There are approx 1000 DOJ employees that were tasked with redactions. The oversight committees should call them to testify.

Disgusting.

There is a large segment of evangelicals that believe grooming girls of that age is necessary. At 13 I sat in my living room while my mom & her friends talked about sex & encouraged the crush I had on the 18 yo bro of our youth pastor. They gave me tips on how to attract him.

Not for nothing, but a lot of people are just petulant assholes these days. The entire solar system revolves around them. The Darwin Award Nominee pool is expanding at a rapid pace.

I’ve often wondered if the majority of these types are flat earthers. And how did we, as a society let this happen.

Not one of them blinked over Dr. Oz or Kash Patel. Spare me.

Unfortunately, the US never signed the Rome Statute. The gov’t has continued to assert that the ICC holds no jurisdiction over US nationals that commit crimes in other countries where the US has not consented to jurisdiction.

Trump actually issued an EO on it.

Ah. So they’ve been watching Clear & Present Danger again. I’d say they were reading the book, but I’m not confident any one of them have that kind of ability or of attention span.

It’s a discharge petition to force a House vote on the bill to compel the DOJ to release the files.

The Senate bill is S. 2557.

The House bill is HR 4405.

The House vote, alone, will not compel the DOJ to release the files.

It’s not being reported as a subpoena. It’s being reported as a bill - the Epstein Files Transparency Act.

By all accounts, this will have to go through the senate, unless there is massive misreporting happening.

Unfortunately, I think she would probably ok it.
November 13, 2025 at 10:25 PM
The senate vote may depend on how many GOP break on the house vote. If it is as high as predicted, with 100 or more voting to release, it may spur GOP in senate to vote for it.

It will be vetoed. The question the whether they would override. With public sentiment, I am cautiously optimistic.

So..

Putin/Russia was diplomatically involved in Yemen/Houthi conflict in 2017.

Putin was willing to help the Saudis if they were willing to help him Syria.

Epstein’s email to (?) saying he’s not sure the role (?)’s boss wants in Yemen, could be a direct tie to Putin.

I question this as well. Johnson announced no votes this week, which could obv change. If he holds a vote then he has to swear in Grijalva, which leads to passage of discharge petition.

You're traveling through another dimension, a dimension not only of sight & sound but of mind.
November 10, 2025 at 2:17 AM
This is completely the twilight zone.
November 10, 2025 at 1:36 AM
The other problem is that the House CR only goes to 11/21.

I’m not convinced Johnson has any intention of putting anything forward, so this could well all start again in 2 weeks if the Senate does advance it.
November 10, 2025 at 12:09 AM
A you’re right. Ppl will suffer.

The GOP has made clear they’re happy to keep the government closed through the New Year. They are not going to extend the credits, period. There is no incentive for them to reopen. Keeping it shut also keeps the Epstein files locked up.

It’s a literal catch-22.

So when are the MSM pundits going to start calling for his immediate removal? (I know the answer).

This is batshit craziness. I am shocked Fox actually showed it.

“I, state your name.” WTAF are we doing here?
November 9, 2025 at 11:17 PM
This. Plus the House CR only goes through 11/21.

I would not be surprised if they do attempt to keep it shut down until after the new year.

Honestly, I don’t want to hear one GOPer say “America First” and how we have to take care of our own before we engage in foreign aid after they sent $40B to Argentina, the WH is spending God knows how much in tacky gold decorations, golf & trips to FL all while no SNAP & feds aren’t getting paid.
