marathon day at work calls for freshly baked protein cookie balls

it's steak Sunday here under a balsamico glazw with caramelized onions and mushrooms with garlic, on the side Brussel Sprouts with some bacon and fries

my easy and quick "I didn't eat enough veggies today, let's get some fiber in" salad - delicious

made some delicious vanilla quark balls; very low sugar, and high in protein. the perfect snack for MDI coverage today.
