Yep. He did the windscreen and my living room window. Got arrested and went to court and he has until August to pay me £300 or go to jail. I am waiting for him to choose prison over giving me court ordered monies.

Understand completely. Your home should feel like a safe haven, but when you have neighbours like that it feels like you are always just waiting for the next disturbance and how far it will go. My car got smashed last year!
