Deep staters should delay, hold on & collect evidence as long as they can. Don't immediately refuse or you'll be quickly replaced by a gestapo goon. Say: "ok sure, sounds good, working on it, few more things to do, almost done, etc." But ofc don't comply. Delay like Trump did. Save ur FU 4 the end.

Where is the organized opposition to Trump's actions? Lawsuits, government employees refusing to comply, civil disobedience? Where are Dem retreats? Pick your battles. Withholding Federal aid could hurt folks. It's time to fight back.
