Physio into Pilates, movement and dance
My dad was an old school GP. He was the village dr that everyone knew… yet after 40+ yrs of service has been treated with indifference by NHS and ‘processed’ through pathways like a piece of meat. It’s dispiriting and upsetting to see him struggle to comprehend what has happened to the NHS. #nhs

What’s your proudest physio achievement? Mine, overcoming my embarrassment and helping a 30 yr old stroke patient find a comfortable and workable position to have sex in!!
I was rewarded by them visiting the department with the baby 👶 That baby must be nearly 30 yrs old now . Wow 🤩

I love teaching physio- led Pilates. Creating community, uniting people through movement and offering a place for an hour where no one can bother you 😀
