We completed the three peaks yesterday… Now…
WOAH. GAU have helped push us right the way up Pico Ruivo, Madeira’s mountain!
The next goal is Mount Olympus - Peak of the gods!!! ⚡️ just shy of 300 STS away!

Today starts our Healthcare of Older People ‘Moving Mountains’ challenge! For every 5 sit to stands that a patient completes, we advanced 10m up a mountain! We’re trying to see the highest mountain we can climb collectively across the month of February!
