Happy Thanksgiving! We had a wonderful vegetarian meal as is our tradition. The Gardein vegan Turk’y roast, and we baked pumpkin pies from scratch – meaning from actual pumpkins. Once you try those, you’ll never go back to canned pumpkin purée again.
