I don't think anyone is proposing one plant. You'd literally be able to see it from space. It would be about the bottom half of West Virginia. 😄

If Germany can do what it does (granted not 100%, but not bad) while getting about as much sun as the Pacific Northwest, we can certainly it with Arizona, New Mexico, Nevada . . .
