If an increase in the number of years to repay a loan makes a loan better, why not the 75-year or 100-year mortgage?
Or more?
You know, to really indebt families for life/lives.

End the filibuster.
Let Conservatives enact the restrictions they want. When Liberals rule the trifecta, they'll give People so much of what they've wanted, Conservatives will never be able to take it away.
(Well, they could, but they won't like the response of their Conservative constituents.)

It's moments like these that make me think the "you don't need a college education" people might have a point.

It's actually projection.
MAGA believes winning an election means you can force a minority viewpoint on the majority.

We should advocate for the nuclear option. Progressive legislation would be infinitely more explosive than any Conservative response.
Imagine 2 extra states (DC, PR), an overhaul of election laws, an expansion to the House of Reps and SCOTUS ... so many things a GOP trifecta could never turn back.

Very cool.
Speaking of AI, ChatGPT offered this analysis. (It said 78Q4 was the quarter with the highest level of investment-to-GDP in US history. Curious if that's correct.)
If accurate, AI might 2x or 3x from where that bar is on the Goldman chart.

Exactly. Do you know how quickly we'd accelerate progressive policies when liberals regain the trifecta? Seriously, the other side has already enabled us to enact hundreds, if not thousands, of justices with a single, sweeping vote. Who's to say enlarging SCOTUS can't be next? The sky's the limit.

Actually, a step up basis for my kids ensures everyone else's kids will pay.
But I'll reluctantly accept the luxury so many poorer people grant me if they want to continue voting for my interests.
I can only recommend they vote their interests so many times.

Washington was right about what loyalty to party would do to the Constitution. We need to open up our elections, restrict money that flows into it, and set term limits.
