Lake Okanagan at Penticton, BC

Another early morning (5:48am!) on the Sacramento River … the Delta King is a former river steamboat that is now a hotel. A wonderful location to stay … close to Downtown and quiet … except some mornings you may hear sea lions calling out!

Early morning Wilmington, Vermont September 2019. I was supposed to return last September but unfortunately a health issue cancelled the trip. Now replanning trip for June next year. I will be staying 4 nights at the Wilmington Inn … a bed 7 breakfast that is excellent. Highly recommend

I first ran by Operation Red Wings Medal of Honor Park in 1981 when I ran my first Honolulu Marathon. Mile 24 in race is opposite the park. Hope to return to Honolulu next year.
