Was ISIS behind this tragedy, i.e. the black flag. Do Arabs lack imagination? German Christmas market: a pickup truck. Some years ago in lower Manhattan: pickup truck. Southern France, Nice or Cannes, pickup truck mowing down citizens. Makes you wonder about the "peaceful religion."
