A corollary of this COULD be that Canada needs to spend MORE on healthcare administration. You won't hear me talking like that very often! But countries which do better than us, spend more, not just on healthcare (although they do that to), but apparently on admin. Who knew?

However did you find me? -18ºC when I made that photograph. Even "properly" dressed, I wasn't out long, but the deepest cold here only lasts 2-3 months, and, with proper precautions, it can be lovely outside. Hiking, skiing ... all possible! (Overnight camping? People do it, in winter. Not me!)
