They're providing scientific data showing there is a huge concern. MAGA didn't have any of that. We're simply calling for forensic audits so it can be investigated. If you're SO firm in believing they're safe, then let them prove it. What's the harm?

Yes we are. MAGA had PLENTY of investigations of 2020 and NONE of them came back with any evidence of fraud. This time is different. Not sure why you can't trust the multitudes of election fraud, statistics and cyber security experts that are saying our elections are compromised.

I believe smart elections has the experience and knowledge to know if they have something worthy of a court case or not. They will find something.

Yeah, I really don't understand why Josh Shapiro doesn't cooperate with ETA. He was selected as one of the top 3 for Kamala's VP for heaven sakes.

Why wouldn't it have an impact on proving that our elections are compromised and easily hacked?
Everyone thinks our elections are fair and secure. If that was proven by this case and the next and the next and so on, we could work on fixing it.
The NY and PA cases are just the beginning of many.

Election Truth Alliance just started a case in PA. And yes this will have a huge impact. For one, Proving our elections are compromised. And two, telling the world that Kamala actually won fair and square and it wasn't because "7 million people didn't show up to vote." I hate that line.

Hopefully this judge is more aware of timing and will rush this along. Force PA officials to get their shit together quick. The ETA is hitting the ground running with the massive amounts of data they have.

If solid evidence is found that they rigged the election in Trump's favor, then the entire administration is illegitimate. Therefore, this election would have to be annulled and another election held. That is my theory anyway. 🤷

I've been wondering if they've already done this. From reading Kamala's book, I'm 💯 sure she knows what happened. But I do wonder if she has seen all the data ETA and Smart Elections have found. I would give anything to see her face after she realized she actually won!
