::: sigh ::: The current FibroFlare has screwed my circadian rhythms. I get in bed at 9, watch tv, play some Scrabble Go, watch more tv, and lie awake until after 1 am. Then sleep until 11 am, which totally flusters my occupational therapist, one total Morning person.
I'm tired.

Boot Camp is over, and I'm back in daily PT. I'm determined to get somewhere this time! I'm so, so sick of this nursing home I could scream!
