Today I had conversations with health providers in Mississippi funded by the govt. who treat people for syphilis even before the cuts coming they don't even have the TESTS to test folk for syphilis..they can only TREAT them... public health has been defunded for decades..now it's total collapse.

One goal I'm working on is to increase my meditation sessions. And the serenity prayer: God grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change; CHANGE the things I can and the WISDOM to know the difference. Rituals, routines and flowers can help to ground us in reality and in our bodies.

My Mother Tree almost every day I come and greet her. It started when I was having a grief surge...missing my mother who transitioned a few years ago. then the election happened, and chaos ensued, you will find me in the middle of an urban park holding her.
