With all due, I think you missed the point here. What I heard was that the tariff reimbursements would go back to the importers and/or the companies. I don’t see a way in which reimbursements make their way to the individuals who have actually paid higher prices for these goods.

I thought it was 3.5% of voters. The % of registered voters in the US = about 6M people. So we’re over that number. If you look at eligible voters who may or may not be registered, you get about 9M. You are right though, if it’s all people in the US, that would be just shy of 13M.
