I believe robert cecil let the first part of the plan unfold so he could catch Guy about to light the sticks rather than just making arrests before (they were probably betrayed by one of their number but they also all just went round discussing it. It was a very poorly guarded secret)

oh my god it is so interesting - it was nearly entirely foiled BEFORE it happened, and they went ahead even knowing it was going to fail. There was also a demented second last stand by some of the conspirators which failed because the dynamite got rained on

yeah fair enough. what i would have liked when i was on them was a function that identified people who were in relationships but were yet to define the terms & continued to date without being honest about their availability, & issued them with a medium severe electric shock

i guess a pull down menu would be better but i still reckon that could be easily exploited, and there’d be no way round having an ‘any other comments’ box. Also like if you don’t like the look of someone why would you care if their profile is no good - it assumes a sort of collectivist altruism

From what i can see the apps are all pretty disastrous but i doubt that allowing for feedback on profiles would be used in the spirit intended
