It’s a strange feeling to know that no one is coming to save us. We have to save ourselves, even if that means just saving our home and family from chaos. One small step at a time. One thing today for peace and kindness is just to listen, even if that is to your own heart.

What can you do today to make the world a better place? Ask yourself that question every morning. That’s a good first step.

Some days you might not have an answer, but keep asking…

“Blatant violation of the Constitution” will be the catchphrase of the next four years and the legacy of the current oligarchy.

Stay positive, friends. Do what you can in your community to make things better. Be the water in a sea of rocks.

@dedapper.bsky.social I can’t stomach the others, either. Figuring out how to ween off them & still keep some kind of presence there for musically related endeavors.

Would love to see you and Todd this summer if you are around. I will be heading up to Maine just after Memorial Day for June & July.

Wrote a little bit about Exterminators’ great record, Product of America, today on the blog. Www.ergonomicmischief.com

Only 45 records to go to hit 366 for the year. I can definitely say I will never write about a record a day for a solid year again.

The often humorous writing of Tom Reardon. Sometimes it won't be funny, but at least he thinks it's funny. Ergonomic Mischief may just be a place for you, too.

I’m DJing an event in a retirement community tomorrow. Have I sold out? Am I that old now? It seems so bizarre yet I’m so excited about it.

Any thoughts on the Average White Band’s song, “Cut the Cake”?

Good morning Blue Sky. I spent the first hour of my day watching old clips of Steve Martin and Paul Reubens. Perfection.
