When I did go down (came back March 2020 and never been back) I would walk to the machine and do it myself. Here (🇨🇦) they walk the machine to me. I like the fancy POS terminals that show you your bill too.

Huh? I get instant notifications whether I insert, tap or Apple Pay (high tech tap 🤪). Never swipe. Card never leaves my hand.

Two years three months, after fifty-four years (started at fifteen). Was interesting meeting our high school teachers in the bar at lunch. Pretty lax laws in the early 70s. Didn’t really get going until nineteen in university.
