the negativity I’ve seen around Stranger Things is wild- people seem mad that they didn’t put the kids in cryo storage to keep them teenagers. it was never a series built on Emmy/Golden Globe award winning acting, just good old nostalgia and popcorn movie fun.

right. i would 100% agree that the films don’t hold much cultural significance (I never did get around to seeing the 2nd one), but if you don’t understand why they are being made you are being willfully ignorant. this one is going to make another $120+ its opening weekend

Finally, we are again free to discuss the injustice of awarding the 1987 Heisman Trophy to Tim Brown instead of Don McPherson who had much better stats playing for an undefeated Syracuse team that may have won the national championship if it weren't for Auburn's absolute cowardice in the Sugar Bowl.

Not sure if they have it out your way, but the Other Half brewery near me in Rochester cans an imperial IPA named CananDANKua that is fantastic. Gotta shout out their Chicken Riggies imperial as well.
