I called my senators and rep today and told them I wanted them to stand up and turn their backs on him when he starts speaking. No applause, no pleasantries, no tradition or acting like any of this is normal. Stand up, turn their backs, and silently, civilly protest this cancer.

Every single reasonable minded person in that room should stand up and turn their backs to him the entire time. They should not applaud, or smile, or go along with ceremony and tradition. Visual, silent, civil disobedience the entire time. And Mayor Pete needs to give the rebuttal.

Every game I make a drawing of the table in my notebook with the players real names and their character names and pronouns. Then I make sure to get all of their initiative rolls one by one in order left to right to reinforce it in my mind.
