Watching “The Menu” on Netflix, and it’s fantastic. I have worked in a few kitchens where the chef tried as hard as possible to be the most pretentious person on the continent. This movie reminds me of those experiences.

Found myself with a bunch of leftovers and vegetables reaching their point of no return. I had a roll of puff pastry in the fridge, so I started to experiment again. Diced carrots, celery, yellow onion, turkey sausage, and sweet potato, sautéed in chicken stock and folded into puff pastry squares

This would have been EPIC

So… This is blue sky, huh? Well, I guess I need to find people and groups about criminal/sci-fi/gangster/supernatural/comedy movies and series from Korea, Japan, Romania, Finland, Norway, Canada, Spain, France, some parts of the Middle East, Sweden, and Russia.
