What logic does CNBC take to reach the decision to publish this?

Platonic is good, The Studio is hilarious AF.

Tell her that's how it all ended and they never made any sequels.

No, keep pushing

I'd like to thank the San Diego organization for making the Canadian anthem sound better than the American one.

Carney's French is fine. Not great, but understandable.

Using a pencil to detect tumours sounds like a fairly crude and painful method.

Après celui de RMC...
November 29, 2025 at 5:17 PM
All this chatter of Canada breaking up is honestly unbearable. There's no path to secession from the Confederation, and I don't understand why we have to act as if there was.

I think it's plausible that they simply took a snapshot of the chart months ago, and just never bothered to update it because it's not as important as the actual chart.

Back from what?

I respect people more for caring about something that doesn't directly affect them. But I suppose it would be worse if he looked the other way.
November 29, 2025 at 12:52 AM
Yes, but they don't need to do anything if an election was held now, and they'd win 5-10 seats easy. That's how pissed left-leaning voters are in BC after yesterday.
November 29, 2025 at 12:24 AM
Incredible.
November 28, 2025 at 11:39 PM
I bet both the NDP and the BQ would love a snap election to be called right now, because there's a bunch of Liberal seats in BC the NDP can snap up after this, and the same for the Bloc in QC.
November 28, 2025 at 11:34 PM
There's no path out of the Confederation anyway.

Even if there was, it's galling as a BCer that our interests matter less than ABans b/c we don't wail & threaten to run away if we don't get what we want like a spoiled teenager.

And that's not even getting to the dubious need for the pipeline.
November 28, 2025 at 11:27 PM
Secession.
November 28, 2025 at 11:03 PM
Half the UCP members want out of Canada. It's simple as that.
November 28, 2025 at 11:02 PM
Taking the under or the over?
November 28, 2025 at 9:07 PM
I could definitely see many BCers who may be ambivalent about the pipeline (or maybe even for!), but that are annoyed AF that the province is being treated with disdain by AB.

Like Chantal Hebert said on At Issue - substitute "BC" with "Quebec" in this story, and imagine how that would have gone.
