Don't ask me why I planted a bird of paradise close to my shady Magnolia Tree. Maybe because the tree & plant were small back then. However, the bird still manages to get enough sun, which it loves. The Magnolia I had trimmed along with some palms for this hurricane season. #Trees #Plants #Flowers

My Mandevilla is still surviving in zone 9b. This vine likes the tropical climate zones 10 and above. My plant's blooms are far apart and none in between, but still come back each year and are such an eye pleaser! #Flowers #Florida #Gardening #FlowerReport

In Central Florida, pineapples are easy to grow. At one time, pineapples were comercially grown here. Keep the top of purchased pineapple 🍍. Apply rooting hormone to its bottom. Plant in a sunny spot. Leave the rest to Mother Nature. #Florida #Gardening #Pineapples #Fruit
