Had to dig into this. ReSaurus made a line of Street Fighter toys in 1998/1999 based on Alpha 3... and they also made a toy for the 1998 Godzilla movie... So maybe these pictures were specifically to promote the SF toy line and they threw in a picture of another toy they made?

These are from Civilization: Call to Power. No idea why they're under "FIGHT SQUADD," which I put in the catalog!
