Agreed. Flexibility by default. Presence with purpose.

I’d love:
- more mixed-zoning
- mixed-income neighborhoods (more densification at that)
- I’d settle for any sidewalks
- commuter cycling infrastructure

Artificial traffic-calming measures are low on my list. I think I’d rather they be slowed organically by non driver use.
