I forget exactly what this is , but it’s hand made by Tibetan monks . Some visited my high school to teach us and made a sand mandala. Very dedicated and skilled . Was highly impressed

Your never too old for a grapefruit scented bubble bath followed up by a gain scented towel hot from the dryer. Little things like that in life can bring you joy :)

Not all treasure is silver and gold. Sometimes it’s your first and only wallet that your Mom got you in middle school. I take care of it by rubbing skin lotion on it every few months. Good leather will last 100 years if you take care of it :)
