If you absolutely need it for work, I can only advise post your thought and ignore the replies, because if you have any sort of profile at all, the replies will be full of tossers trying to make you angry. And if you show them you are, it will only get worse.

Twitter is full of these people. Terminally online, hateful losers. You won’t reason them to good behavior. It’s a negative platform. I doubt anyone has left it and experienced anything other than positive consequences from doing so.

I have no idea when the universal rule of “don’t feed the trolls” disappeared from the internet, but it needs to come back. Stop giving negative people attention all the time. You aren’t going to teach them a valuable lesson. They want you to be angry or upset. They see this as a win.

I suppose this is true if the entire Christian discipleship is just dropping your kid off at the school and picking them up, which I know is true of a lot of X-ian schooling kids.
