An important business rule is: to win customers back after they've quit your platform en masse, is to increase prices. 🤔

I did some nerdy & quick paper diving tonight. Uncovered a lot of research linking liberal-leaning worldviews to greater educational attainment¹, higher intellectual aptitude², and both factors³. Only correlations of 📈 these with conservative views were specific to economic conservativism⁴.

Twenty years ago *today,* equal marriage rights were granted across Canada. I remember watching the news with optimistic eyes, and a few years later, being able to marry the person I love.

Thank you to the trailblazers who earned us those rights - and here's to the work still remaining to do!

Today is the last day for the Liberty Belle, Rivers of America, and Tom Sawyer Island in Magic Kingdom at Walt Disney World. They've been staple attractions and their loss will be felt while they make way for new lands and experiences.

No, I shouldn't be prompted to install an app just to unsubscribe from an auto dealership's emails.

Exactly one year ago today I earned my Doctor of Education. So I'm feeling kinda special today. 🎓📜

Also, it's Kylie Minogue’s birthday. That's extra special.

I'd love Microsoft OneDrive to understand that this is a corporate stock photo from my workplace, not a photo I took myself or any meaningful memory.
