Thank you. You've put into my words what I feel she was trying to to say. I do not believe she is trying to establish a hierarchy here. I also believe she/we are getting into semantics with the words racism and prejudice - surely we can all see both are unacceptable?

I wonder if she'd agree with that interpretation of her words? To me (admittedly without further context) she's saying it's a different type of discrimination, primarily visual. I don't read this as her saying all racism isn't bad, I'd assume/hope that she doesn't believe that!
